| ACEA offers a service to check leases as to whether they arecompliant with the Rental Housing Act. This service is available to all rental agents who would like to have their lease examined and receive recommendations. It takes a few days to examine your document after which a report will be sent to you with recommendations.
The fee is R300.00 and is payable in advance.
